Project Inactivity Policy
To keep projects on schedule, clients are allotted 60 days from the date of booking to submit all required project materials (sent via email).
If information is submitted after the 60-day window, a $50 reactivation fee will be required to resume work.
If materials are submitted 6 months or more after the original booking date, the reactivation fee will increase in order to reopen and prioritize your project within the schedule.
Timely communication ensures a smooth design process. Please remember that I work on a schedule with multiple active client orders.
Concept Requirement
I can create based on hints, inspirations or the theme of your photoshoot.
Supplying a clear concept or idea of what you want will make things smoother.
If you want me to take full creative direction (themes, ideas, concepts), this will be billed as a separate service.
No refunds are permitted once an order is placed and work has begun.
Agreement to Policies
By completing your checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
Image Quality Requirements
For design projects (including websites), you must provide high-quality, professional photographs. I do not accept:
Blurry or low-resolution images
Heavily edited or filtered photos
Selfies or images with Snapchat/Instagram filters
Please keep in mind I do offer an AI model based website service where I create personalized realistic models or prop photos for your business.
If you do not have professional photos please contact me to discuss further options.
Payment Terms
Full payment upfront is required before any work begins. No deposits.
Payments are non-refundable.
All forms of payments accepted (just not cash)
Payment must be completed immediately to confirm your booking.
Revisions
Each project includes up to 3 revisions at no additional cost.
Additional revisions: $20 per change.
Major revisions that alter the original design will require purchasing a new design.
To avoid delays, please provide detailed project instructions upfront (fonts, color schemes, themes, etc.).
Turnaround Time
Standard services: 8–14 business days
Website design: 2–7 weeks
Branding packages: 2-4 weeks
Rush services are available for a range of fees, please view the shipping option when checking out to choose the turnaround time that suites you best.
Turnaround time begins only after all required information is submitted.
Project Modifications
After the final design is delivered, no further edits can be made. The 3 included revisions should cover adjustments. Any changes beyond that will require a new project invoice.
Use of Designs
By booking with E’s Vision Lab, you agree that your design projects may be featured on our social media platforms for promotional purposes.
For document services, the same rules apply: timely information submission, up to 3 revisions included, and no refunds.
Confidential Information
For many services, I may require access to personal or sensitive information such as your full name, home address, employment history, or other private details. Please be assured that:
All confidential information is treated with the highest level of privacy and security.
Your information will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties.
Before beginning your project, both you and I will sign a Confidentiality & Agreement Contract to ensure mutual protection of your information.

Digital Services Policy
All services offered by E’s Vision Lab are completed 100% digitally. No in-person meetings or physical meet-ups are required, as every project is managed and delivered using computers and online platforms.
This means:
Services can be provided to clients worldwide, regardless of your location.
Communication is handled through email, direct messages, or scheduled digital consultations.
Final files and deliverables will be sent electronically (PDF, JPEG, PNG, DOCX, or other relevant formats).
Our digital-first model ensures convenience, accessibility, and efficiency — allowing us to collaborate from anywhere and bring your vision to life without location limitations.
