Before placing your order, please take a moment to review our policies carefully. Once you’ve read through them, submitted your design form, and completed your order, be sure to confirm the turnaround time selected at checkout.

Turnaround times vary depending on the service. Please note that all turnaround times are measured in business days .. weekends and holidays are not included.

Revisions

• Clients are entitled to up to three (3) complimentary revisions. Any additional revisions beyond the third will incur an extra revision fee.

• Each revision may take 1–3 business days to complete, depending on the scope of changes.

By purchasing services from E’s Vision Lab LLC, you agree to the following terms:

 

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

 

Clients agree to:

• Respond to emails/messages within 3–5 business days.

• Submit all required materials (logos, photos, text, brand details, information for documents etc.) promptly.

• Provide clear, accurate instructions before the project starts.

Failure to communicate or provide required materials may delay the project timeline.

 

A project will be considered abandoned if the client is unresponsive for 14–30 consecutive days.

If a project is abandoned:

• No refund will be issued.

• A restoration/restart fee may be required to resume work.

• E’s Vision Lab LLC reserves the right to close the project permanently.

Upon completion of any project, E’s Vision Lab LLC retains the right to:

• Display completed work in portfolios

• Share work on social media

• Use work for marketing and promotional purposes

• Include work in digital or printed showcases

This includes logos, branding, websites, graphics, and related materials.

If a client requires confidentiality, this must be discussed and agreed upon in writing before the project begins.

 

Clients agree to maintain respectful and professional communication at all times.

Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

 

In the event of a dispute:

• Both parties agree to attempt resolution through written communication first.

• If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled through appropriate legal channels in the state where E’s Vision Lab LLC is registered.

• The client agrees that failure to follow these Terms & Conditions does not invalidate payment obligations.

E’s Vision Lab LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any information requested and used from here on out is used to:

• Provide services

• Communicate regarding your project

• Process payments

• Improve our services

• Maintain internal business records

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, delays in communication, or unused services.

• If a project becomes inactive due to the client’s lack of communication, failure to provide required materials, or any other client-related delay, no refund will be issued.

• Work completed up to the point of inactivity remains billable.
