Clients hire us to take full creative control of their photoshoot .. meaning you don’t have to figure anything out on your own.
From concept to execution, we plan and direct the entire vision using our creativity, industry knowledge, and artistic eye.

When you book Creative Photoshoot Planning with E’s Vision Lab, we handle:
Complete photoshoot concept & theme development
Color palette and visual aesthetic planning
Outfit styling (head-to-toe looks)
Hair style
Prop selection and layout (books, papers, furniture, etc.)
Pose direction and shot concepts
Overall mood, energy, and storytelling of the shoot
Local clients will also work exclusively with our trusted photographer and makeup artist, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and high-quality results from start to finish.
All the client is required to do is:
Follow creative direction and procedures
Be payment-ready for outfits, props, and services
Show up prepared and confident on shoot day
Everything else is handled by E’s Vision Lab.

1. Virtual Creative Direction
This option is perfect for clients who want full photoshoot planning but do not require on-set assistance.
Includes:
Full creative photoshoot plan
Outfit and prop recommendations
Pose concepts and visual references
Step-by-step shoot guidance
The client executes the plan independently using the provided direction.
 
2. On-Site Creative Direction (Highly Recommended)
This is our luxury, full-service experience.
With on-site creative direction, the owner of E’s Vision Lab, Elaina, will be physically present during the photoshoot to ensure everything runs smoothly and matches the planned vision.
On-site direction includes:
Hands-on pose coaching and guidance
Prop, layout, and set adjustments in real time
Outfit styling checks and corrections
Assistance with hair and makeup touch-ups
Managing transitions between poses and concepts
This option allows clients to feel fully supported while we execute the vision exactly as planned.
Important Notes
Clients are responsible for the cost of outfits, props, photographer, and makeup artist
All vendors are coordinated through E’s Vision Lab
Creative direction fees are separate from vendor and product costs
